Providence Place Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony

The Lynn Howard successfully executed a summer ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of Providence Place. The community provides housing to domestic violence survivors and children. More than one hundred high profile guests gathered on the grounds. Our team provided event branding, event design, planning, and execution.

signature donor appreciation experience. With the 50th anniversary of the Bayou Classic as the focus, the
Smoothie King Center New Orleans served as the 2023 venue. Mike Epps and Kathy Victorian co-hosted the
event, and guests enjoyed performances by Leela James and multi-Grammy Award winner Maxwell. Lynn Howard, LLC displayed our full range of event management expertise, industry knowledge, and resources towards our largest and most ambitious independent project.
Southern Foundation | FedEx New Orleans | Sam Ross Designs
Hyatt Regency New Orleans
November 20 - 26, 2023
This project included our project management collaboration with a local graphic designer. The project specs included branding for more than 6,000 square feet of the Hyatt Regency New Orleans during the 50th Bayou Classic weekend. The branding installation is currently the most extensive for FedEx in New Orleans history.

Lynn Howard, LLC provided a full range of event production and design services for the 2023 Louisiana Housing Conference hosted at the Hilton Capitol Center in downtown Baton Rouge. The project specifications included design concept development and installation for the three-day conference. The conference hosts various Louisiana community leaders, policymakers, business leaders, and non-profit organizations.
